Upon initial inspection, we found the condition of the property to be extremely poor with extensive areas of flaking. Due to the poor condition of the existing paintwork, its exterior required a complete wet sanding in order to prepare the surface for painting. Our expert team of painters were on site to perform these tasks without major challenges, and tackled the project with our four-coat system. Two coats of Dulux Precision Epoxy Primer were applied, followed by two full coats of Dulux Weathershield to complete the look. In total, this project was successfully completed within a timeframe of three weeks.
