Prior to service, the initial inspection of the property found it to be in pretty poor condition. Many areas of the exterior paintwork require a thorough wet sanding before the painting could proceed, but thereafter was a fairly straightforward job. Trestles and tower scaffolding were erected to address the taller areas of the property and the paintwork was finished with two coats of Dulux Precision Epoxy Primer and Dulux Weathershield.
