The exterior of the property was found to be badly affected by oxidation, cracking, and peeling. As we proceeded with the project, we faced some minor challenges with achieving access over the pool located at the back of the property. This issue was addressed with the help of a scaffolding system to create safe access to all the necessary areas. Once safe access was achieved, the exterior paintwork was done with Dulux AcraTex Elastomeric 201. Additionally, our team completed a roof restoration for the property with the use of WB Primer and two coats of Dulux roof membrane.
