The property was suffering from bad oxidation and flaking in a number of areas, with most damage centred around the western wall and the eaves on the front of the building. Some prep work was required to address the flaking prior to painting, and thereafter was completed with minimal challenges. The exterior paintwork was treated with two coats of Dulux Precision Epoxy Primer and two coats of Dulux Weathershield.
