When we were called onto the project, we found the exterior surface of the property to have suffered from severe oxidation and cracking in a number of areas. Due to the height of the building’s facade and the narrow work area available, a scissor lift was required to handle the paintwork at the higher levels of the property. The damage to its render was mended with polyurethane and Dulux AcraPatch before the final coating of Dulux Weathershield was applied for the finishing touch.
