Nestled along Harris Street, this Hawthorne home was in need of a facelift to help boost sale potential before it went on the market. While it was in overall good condition, its exterior paintwork needed a sprucing up. A primary challenge faced was accessing areas with tight space limits, but this was easily overcome with the use of tower scaffolding. Once the necessary steps were taken to prepare the surface, Dulux Weathershield was used to give the paintwork a second lease on life.
