This Morningside delight was in reasonably good condition, but its exterior balustrades and paintwork needed some touching up. Once the surface prep were completed, we primed the paintwork with two coats of Dulux Precision Epoxy Primer before finishing with two coats of Dulux Weathershield. Overall, the project took three weeks to complete, with only one major challenge faced — parting ways with the owner’s dog after we finished.
