Upon initial inspection, it was found that the property was suffering from cracks in its existing paintwork and render. Because of this, prep work needed a little extra time to repair the cracks with polyurethane and AcraPatch. Tower scaffolding was used to access the higher areas of the property, and its overall exterior was reinforced against the elements with a Dulux exterior membrane product.
