This body corporate property needed a revamp and a new coat of paint to revitalise its look. In addition to this, it had weatherboards at the top of the facade that were in need of some tending to. All the necessary measures were taken to repair the facade prior to service, including sanding, gapping, and undercoating. Once the prep work was complete, the overall painting project was completed with two coats of Dulux Weathershield.
