During the initial inspection of the property, our team noted its paintwork to look visibly aged despite its overall condition being reasonably good. To overcome the challenges posed by the property’s build and height, we deployed our Zeus Spider Boom extensively throughout the project. Once safe access was acquired, we treated the exterior paintwork with Dulux AcraTex, including its exterior columns. The metal railings were then treated with a two pack system.
