As its previous servicing had been some time back, the existing exterior paintwork of the property was found to be in poor condition due to cracks in the render and oxidation. Due to this, extensive prep work was required before the painting could proceed. Once all necessary measures were taken to properly prepare the exterior surface, our team used Dulux AcraTex on the block walls and render, followed by Dulux Weathershield to the remaining areas.
