This body corporate property had paintwork that was suffering from oxidation and cracking caused by age and the abuses of the weather. Due to the damage present in the previous paintwork, extensive repair work and prepping was required before the render could be worked on. Before our team of experts could get to work, we had to address the issues with accessibility in terms of the property’s height. Once we had our scaffolding system setup, we handled the project without any further challenges, and finished off the property with a fresh coat of Dulux Weathershield.
