The property’s existing paintwork was suffering from oxidation and its exterior timbre work was showing signs of water staining. In order to address these issues and to gain access to the full height of the building, a standard scaffolding system was erected. The water staining on its timbre work was addressed with staining and clear coating, while its exterior rendering was coated with AcraTex AcraPrime and followed by two full coats of Dulux AcraTex Elastomeric 201.
