The condition of this East Brisbane property’s existing paintwork was found to be in dire need of tending to, with particular focus on the exposed western wall. Due to the level of damage sustained by its paintwork, extensive wet sanding was required to prepare the surface for painting. A standard scaffolding system was erected to safely access higher areas of the property. The overall paintwork was tended to with two coats of Dulux Precision Epoxy Primer and finished off with two coats of Dulux Weathershield.
