This Ascot home was found to be in fair condition upon inspection, though areas in poorer condition were evident. Its existing paintwork suffered from sections of flaking and peeling, and required wet sanding to prepare these areas for painting. Following surface preparation, two coats of Dulux AcraPrime and two coats of Dulux Weathershield were applied to complete the job.
