Darryl Hathway Painting & Decorating were called on the job for this property by its owners to revitalise its exterior paintwork. Extensive discolouration had been caused by oxidation over time, as well as hairline cracking with associated calcification issues put a damper on its appearance. The height of the property posed an initial challenge for our team of painters, but we overcame that quickly with the help of our Zeus spider boom. We stepped in and took care of the hairline cracks with the help of a polyurethane gap filler (AcraPatch) and completed the job with an application of Dulux AcraTex Elastometric 201. The overall project took about 2 weeks to complete.
