As a relatively new building, the property was in generally good condition prior to service. Its interior and exterior paintwork needed a sprucing up, however, and our team of painters stepped in to help. As we were tasked with completing the paintwork for both the interior and exterior of the property, time was divided appropriately between the two. The interior work took two weeks to complete and was treated with Dulux Wash and Wear, whereas the exterior was completed within a week and finished with a coat of Weathershield Low Sheen.
