Upon inspection of the property, it was found that this East Brisbane home had areas of existing paintwork that was badly oxidised, particularly its eastern wall. Additional areas required wet sanding due to their flaking paintwork. Once all the necessary measures were taken with wet sanding and surface preparation, the property’s exterior was treated with two coats of Dulux Precision Epoxy Primer and two coats of Dulux Weathershield.
