This property required five weeks in total to complete overall. While it was in generally good condition prior to service, certain areas of its exterior suffered from oxidation and its interior had some separation of vertical joint boards. Two weeks were spent mending the interiors while the remaining three weeks were dedicated to tending to the exterior. We used Dulux AcraPrime and Dulux Weathershield to complete the exterior look.
