While generally in good condition, we discovered that this Kent Street home was suffering from hairline cracking and stepped in to offer our services. With the help of Dulux AcraTex AcraPrime and Elastometric 201, we were able to cover most of the render found on the property’s exterior. In order to overcome the challenge of accessibility the project posed, we utilised our Zeus Spider boom to access areas around the back of the property. When it came to tending to the timber areas of the exterior, we treated them with two coats of Dulux Precision Epoxy Primer, followed by two coats of Dulux Weathershield Low Sheen.
