When we came in for the initial consultation, we found numerous holes in the walls and ceilings of the property’s exterior and interior due to the previous renovation works. Some key challenges this project posed to our team was the sheer amount of patchwork it required prior to the commencement of painting, as well as its high ceilings. The latter was easily resolved with the use of tower scaffolding.
