An initial consultation found that the property was in a rough state, with its exterior painting having endured an excessive amount of oxidation and flaking over the years. Because of its poor condition, extensive prep work was required to prepare its exterior with wet sanding. Once the surface was prepared, we followed through with the application of our four-coat system, beginning with two coats of Dulux Precision Epoxy Primer and finishing with two coats of Dulux Weathershield to finish the look.
