This lovely Morningside property needed a bit of sprucing up for its interior and exterior paintwork. Since it was recently renovated, it was generally in good condition. The project was successfully managed with the help of trestles and tower scaffolding to overcome minor access issues, and took a total of three weeks to complete. The interior portion of the property was completed within two weeks with Dulux Wash & Wear, while its exterior was handled within a span of one week and finished with coatings of Dulux Weathershield.
