During our initial inspection, we found the property’s exterior to be worn down and damaged due to heavy exposure to the harsh weathers and conditions. Much of the damaged area required wet sanding prior to painting, and the sheer size of the property posed the most challenge to our team. However, once the necessary steps were made to wet sand, treat, and prepare the property’s surface, the painting proceeded without a hitch. To cap off the project with an immaculate finish, our team meticulously applied primer, grain fill, an additional coat of primer, and finally two coats of Dulux Weathershield to the property’s paintwork.
