The job
Sporting a massive 1,400sqm interior and beautiful Spotted Gum timber panelling, this Quay Street home was in dire need of proper maintenance. As it required both interior and exterior work, a comprehensive action plan was discussed with the owners in order to address issues like weatherworn timber and repainting. Interior work was focused on with Dulux Wash & Wear and Dulux Super Enamel. Once interior touch-up had been completed, we focused on the beautiful exterior of the Bulimba home. Bare Spotted Gum timber was recoated with Sikkens Cetol HLSe and top-coated with Sikkens Cetol Filter 7. The exterior portion of the project took 3 months to complete, with ongoing maintenance in high exposure areas.
